is the Founder, Owner, and Executive Director of Blue Water Behavioral Consulting. She manages the daily operations of Blue Water and ensures that all clients are receiving the highest quality services. Rachel received two degrees from Florida State University: a Bachelor's in Psychology, and a Master's in Applied Behavior Analysis. Rachel is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and a Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA). She has over fifteen years of experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorders and other developmental disabilities. She has provided and supervised ABA services across many environments, including home, school, community, and private clinics. Rachel has presented her work at behavior analytic conferences at the local, state, and national level. She also has experience teaching undergraduate courses at Florida State University. In her personal time, Rachel enjoys cooking, skiing, hiking, and traveling.
is a Senior Clinical Supervisor with Blue Water Behavioral Consulting. Merlin joined Blue Water ABA in 2019. He grew up in the mountains of Vermont and received his Bachelor's degree in psychology from Johnson State College (now Northern Vermont University) in 2009. Merlin began working with Rachel at Florida State University's Early Childhood Autism Program in 2010, where he discovered his calling in behavior analysis. He received a Master's from Florida State University in 2013, and certified that year. Merlin has served clients of many ages in a number of settings, taught upper-level undergraduate students, and served as the chair of the Vermont Association for Behavior Analysis.
is a BCBA and Clinical Supervisor with Blue Water Behavioral Consulting. She grew up in northern Minnesota and is thrilled to be back by the water here in Anacortes. She got her Bachelor's of Science in Psychology from the University of North Dakota. She then moved to Washington to pursue her dream of becoming a Behavior Analyst and attended the ABA program at Central Washington University. She received her Master's of Science Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis in August 2016. During her last year of graduate school, she did her ABA internship at a ranch owned and operated by adults with autism and/or Down's syndrome in a program that emphasizes vocational skills, recreation, and life-long learning. She started working for Blue Water in October 2016 and became BCBA-certified in June 2018. She has fully enjoyed working with children in different capacities for the past 9 years. She finds ABA work very fulfilling and loves that it embraces the individuality of each person. She loves seeing the positive change and growth in her clients. In her off time, she enjoys playing games, traveling, hiking, canyoneering, and biking.
is a BCBA & Clinical Supervisor. She received her Bachelor’s in Student and Family Ministry from Corban University in Salem, OR. From there she desired something more and through research discovered the field of ABA. She received her Master’s in Psychology: Applied Behavior Analysis from Kaplan University. She moved to the area from Oregon in the summer of 2016 seeking a job in the ABA field. She found she truly loved working in this field. She has always had a passion for working with children, especially children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder, and this field is a great way to really impact the lives of the children and their families seeking help.
joined Blue Water Behavioral Consulting in 2019. She is from Memphis, TN, and now lives in Oak Harbor with her husband who is stationed at NAS Whidbey Island. Lauren received her Bachelor’s in Elementary and Special Education at the University of Memphis in 2013. In 2014, she completed her MSc. in Applied Behavior Analysis at the University of Kent in Canterbury, England. Lauren became a BCBA in 2016 and has over 13 years of experience working with individuals with Autism and other developmental disabilities. She has a passion for working with these individuals and their families. She taught Special Education in the classroom setting and has also provided ABA services to clients across several environments including homes, public and private schools, and private clinics. Lauren loves to volunteer her time serving the special needs community. In 2015, she co-founded an international nonprofit organization that provides Special Education training to teachers and parents in developing countries. Outside of work, Lauren loves to travel and spend time outdoors with her husband and dogs.
started with Blue Water as a Behavior Technician in 2017 and became a BCBA in 2020. She is from Norway and raised in Orange County, CA. She received her Bachelor’s in Health Science at California State University of Fullerton in Fullerton, CA and a Master's in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University. She values a healthy lifestyle whether it be nutrition, exercise, or mental health. She discovered her love for therapy during a rehabilitation internship during her undergraduate years. Being alongside an individual during their journey to success, and celebrating milestones together is what makes this field so rewarding for Iva. Since then, she has enjoyed working with clients and their families to provide resources and tools for a more independent, positive, and healthy lifestyle. She enjoys health and nutrition, traveling, snowboarding, paddleboarding, running, hiking, and wakeboarding with her husband and adventure dog.
is a BCBA who joined Blue Water Behavioral Consulting in 2021. She grew up in Florida and received her Bachelor’s in Psychology from Florida Southern College in 2012. During her time at FSC she was the President of Best Buddies as well as was an intern at an ABA clinic where she fell in love with the field. She received her Master’s in Psychology with a Specialization in Applied Behavior Analysis from Florida State University in 2014 and certified the same year. Kelsey has worked with individuals (ages ranging from 18-months to 65-years-old) across multiple settings including in-home, clinics, schools, group homes, vocational settings, and in the community. In her spare time, Kelsey loves reading, traveling, going to the beach, and trying new restaurants/coffee shops.
is a Behavior Analyst with Blue Water Behavioral Consulting. She lives on Whidbey Island with her husband, Dale, who is currently stationed at NAS Whidbey Island. Hannah was born and raised in Florida, and received her Bachelor's degree from the University of Central Florida in Early Childhood Education. She was a classroom teacher for over 5 years before deciding to transition from the classroom setting into working with kids in a one-on-one environment. Hannah graduated with her Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Arizona State University and became certified as a BCBA in 2021. Outside of work, Hannah enjoys spending time outdoors on hikes, camping or snowboarding with her husband and her dog, Duke. She also enjoys reading and traveling to new places.
is a BCBA who joined Blue Water Behavioral Consulting in 2021. She grew up in San Diego and received her Bachelor’s in Psychology in 2012 while living in New York. Charvet and her husband moved back to California shortly after where she pursued her Master’s degree while working as a behavior technician in the ABA field. She earned her Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis in 2014 and became a BCBA in 2015. Charvet has worked across multiple settings including schools (public, private, alternative and juvenile detention centers), in-home, clinics, the community and adult day programs. In her spare time, Charvet likes spending time with her family and dogs, traveling, whale watching, baking, crafting and exploring the outdoors.

She received her Master's in Psychology with a specialization in Applied Behavior Analysis from Florida State University in 2021. She has worked with children ranging from 2 to 19 years old in the home, school and clinic setting. In her spare time, Amanda enjoys walking with her dog, reading, and baking.
Serena is a BCBA who joined the Blue Water team in 2022. She received her undergraduate degree from Western Washington University in 2017 and her masters degree in Special Education with a concentration in applied behavior analysis from Arizona State University in 2021. She has worked with children ranging from 2 to 13 years of age in the clinic, home, and school settings. Serena has a passion for working with early learners and their families making positive, lasting change. In her spare time, Serena enjoys exploring and adventuring with her partner, her son, and their dog. She also enjoys reading, cooking, baking, and camping.
Logan is a BCBA who began with Blue Water Behavioral Consulting in 2022. Originally from Michigan, he moved to Washington at a young age and received his Bachelor's in Psychology from Western Washington University in 2020. While working in a private school for children with special needs, Logan pursued his Master's degree in Special Education and Applied Behavior Analysis through Arizona State University, graduating in 2022. Logan has worked with children, adolescents, and young adults with autism spectrum disorder and Down syndrome in home, school, and clinic settings. Outside of work, Logan enjoys volunteering with the Parks and Recreation Department and growing gourmet mushrooms.
